Cancellations and Refund Policy – AnirVed Skin & Beauty Care
Customer satisfaction is important to us. We try our best to resolve any issues related to orders and products.
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Refund and Replacement Eligibility:
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:
The product is received in a damaged/defective condition
An incorrect item is delivered
To claim a refund or replacement, customers must provide an unboxing video and clear photographs of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Returnable Products:
Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Opened or used products
Beauty and personal care consumable products
Once a return/refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
